Promptly is an AI-assisted content creation tool for LinkedIn. Based on your professional profile and selected topics, it generates post ideas, drafts the post with you in the loop (or hands you a ghostwriting prompt for any external AI tool), renders an accompanying image, and — only when you explicitly click Publish — posts the result to your LinkedIn feed. Promptly never posts automatically or on a schedule: every publish is a deliberate action you take after reviewing the content.
Promptly's output is generated by third-party large language models (LLMs) accessed through OpenRouter. You acknowledge and agree that:

By using Promptly, you accept responsibility for all content you publish. The presence of AI in the creative process does not reduce your professional or legal responsibility as the author.
You agree not to use Promptly to generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, or in violation of applicable laws or LinkedIn's own terms of service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your published content complies with all relevant regulations, including advertising standards and professional codes of conduct.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be using Promptly for spam, mass automated posting, or any activity that harms other users or third parties.
Promptly offers a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; your card details never touch our systems. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
Fair use: Each subscription includes a monthly allowance — currently 100 generation credits, 20 live-trend searches, and 25 research lookups — plus short-term rate limiting to keep the service responsive for everyone. We may adjust these allowances over time; material reductions will be communicated in advance.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The ideas and prompts generated by Promptly are produced at your request using your inputs. We make no claim of ownership over generated output. You are free to use, publish, and commercialise it subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.
The Promptly brand, interface, and underlying software remain the property of Nebulise OÜ.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promptly and Nebulise OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
Promptly is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI provider outages, model deprecations, or API changes are outside our control and may temporarily affect functionality.
Browser-stored data: Your settings, profile, topics, brand kit, session history, and dashboard statistics are stored exclusively in your browser (local storage and IndexedDB). This data can be lost if you clear your browser cache, switch devices, use a private/incognito window, or if your browser storage is otherwise reset. We have no ability to recover this data as it is never stored on our servers. We recommend using the JSON export in Settings to keep a backup you can re-import at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Promptly after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
